Michelle Moroney, life coach and owner of The Cliffs of Moher Retreat, has been facilitating retreats for over 15 years, and has recognised the desires that connect us all. We want to be happy. We want to feel better. We want to get the most out of life. And we don't want to feel held back.
To live a whole life we need to flourish mentally, physically and emotionally. But when we are caught in the cycle of day-to-day living, we can easily get stuck and find that while we thrive in some of these areas, in others we are badly organised, unbalanced and in need of review.
The Life Audit is designed to help you take stock of the key areas of your life. By gently offering space to explore, contemplate and create new intentions that are in line with the life you want to live, it will help you move past blockages, and take you from where you are to where you want to be.
